He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta in 2012 and clerked at the Provincial Court of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2013 and the British Columbia bar in 2022.

At Sinclair Centre Law LLP, she is your first point of contact in Argentina. She coordinates consultations, Spanish-language communication, document organization and case follow-up, working with Cyrus.

Who will give me legal advice?

Cyrus Haghighi is responsible for Canadian legal advice. Martina coordinates your initial enquiry, Spanish-language communication, documents and follow-up. Her role is case management and client support.

How are consultations and fees arranged?

Contact Martina by WhatsApp or email. She will explain consultation arrangements, applicable fees and the scope of the service before you decide to proceed. This website does not take bookings or payments.

Do I need to know which program to choose?

No. Start by telling us your goal and general circumstances. A legal consultation helps assess the options; a website alone cannot determine the right pathway for you.

Can you help after a refusal?

We can assess the decision and the options that may be available. Tell us when you received the refusal and about any known deadline. Contacting the firm does not suspend or extend legal deadlines.

What should I send in my first message?

Your name, contact details, the general nature of your enquiry and any urgent date. Please wait to send passports, identification numbers or other sensitive documents until the firm confirms how to share them.
